Best Culinary Menu/Presentation

WINNER | A MENU WITH BLING | Google’s Beyonce-Inspired Holiday Party

A renaissance of flavors encapsulated this fun and festive holiday party with nods to Beyoncé and a grand culinary experience. Six food stations along with servers passing plates provided plenty of grazing fodder for guests, with stations cleverly named after songs on Bey’s chart-topping album. The savory stations were located on the main floor and mezzanine, and desserts were passed on the stunning rooftop patio.



NOMINEE | “SHE SAID YES!” | Intimate Marriage Proposal

Custom plates for the happy couple consisting of a Pork Loin Tower and an Atlantic Cod Meunière were at the center of this progressive and romantic proposal dinner. The Pork Loin Tower was served with Shitake and Cipollini Onion, and Fig Balsamic Demi, and for the fish course, Chef crafted Atlantic Cod Meuniere paired with Mediterranean Risotto and Basil Broth. The entire menu included delicious appetizers and a decadent Chocolate Strawberry Mascarpone, presented in a wine glass.

NOMINEE | “BLINGING WITH BEY” | Google’s Beyonce-Inspired Holiday Party

Style, elegance, and bling outlined this awesome holiday party, which included exquisite food stations and diverse small plates. The event was elevated by the way the food was presented. The stations were named after Beyonce songs and appeared on menu signage for a whimsical nod to the event concept.


WINNER | “THE NEED FOR SPEED” | Circuit of the Americas (COTA)

Our partnership with Circuit of the Americas (COTA) to cater food and beverages at their race tracks began in Austin, Texas at the F1 Grand Prix 2023. Our team eagerly served race enthusiasts a delectable assortment of culinary delights. From velvety ice cream and refreshing shaved ice to an array of smoked meats, frosty cocktails, crispy fried chicken, and so much more, this event boasted a mouthwatering array of options for every attendee’s palate.

For the Ten Year Anniversary edition of the Atlanta Airport District Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Annual Meeting, we would honor the client’s achievements over the last ten years and take a glimpse into the exciting future of our neighborhood and business community. The impeccably orchestrated event, adorned with captivating up-lighting and futuristic centerpieces, was enhanced by the exquisite menu, which included our Legendary Rosemary Smoked Short Rib, and so much more!
