From January 19-23, 2022, the POP team had the honor of heading to sunny southern California to create a special menu experience at The American Express at PGA West. The POP team provided food and beverages to 11+ premium locations, serving over 2,700 people per day. Here is how it all played out: 

  • Players Dining: 250 players, caddies and family per day
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Full Bars
  • Tournament Volunteers: 860 people per day
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour
  • American Express Lounge: 25 people per day
    • Upscale Menu for Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Full Bar
  • 4 Tee Box Pop-Up Tents
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Grab & Go Snack
  • Championship Club: 650 people per day
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Full Bars
  • Dye’s Club: 300 people
    • Lunch, Grab & Go Snacks
  • Executive Suites A & B: 550 people
    • Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Full Bars
  • American Express on #17: 80 people
    • Upscale Menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Snack
  • Pop-ups/drop-offs and concessions throughout the tournament

In addition, our POP team also got to provide concessions and bars for not one, but two evening concerts and rock out with fellow spectators to Maroon 5 and Brad Paisley. 

The creative concession concepts included items such as Bulgogi Brisket Fried Buns, Ginger Chicken Fried Buns, Smoked Korean Pork Belly Bowls and Chicken Tinga Tacos, among other fanfare classics.
