On September 11, Wake Forest University took the national stage as ESPN broadcasted SportsCenter live from Hearn Plaza ahead of the big game against NC State. As part of the show’s campus spotlight, host Matt Barrie sampled Proof of the Pudding’s Smoked Revival BBQ—bringing a taste of Allegacy Stadium’s game-day flavors to fans across the country.
Smoke Revival Meat Co. is one of 23 locally owned and operated businesses represented on game day. By partnering with and contracting these businesses, Proof of the Pudding helps support Wake Forest University’s efforts to stay present in and make a difference within the local community.
