West Midtown Venues recently welcomed an exciting new addition to their venue collection with the grand opening of Collier Hall—a historic former church dating back to 1907, thoughtfully reimagined as a modern event venue. Located in the Collier Village area along Howell Mill Road, the space blends timeless architectural charm with contemporary updates, including an inviting pre-function area, a stunning main ballroom, and a show-stopping outdoor deck that encourages guests to mingle, wander, and connect. From the ribbon cutting on the front steps through cocktail hour, the evening showcased just how effortlessly events can flow indoors and out.

To bring the celebration to life, Proof of the Pudding curated an elevated culinary experience that perfectly matched the venue’s balance of historic character and modern energy. Menu highlights included:
