Creating curated and unique experiences is our specialty. That’s why we’re proud to present our very own Chef’s Table Experience that we hosted at our main office on August 19. A progressive chef experience for 12 guests, this evening was created and auctioned off as a donation to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Progressive Chef’s Table Experience Menu

First Experience and Location: The Monroe Room

  • Charcuterie and cheese board served with POP rooftop honey

Second Experience and Location: POP Tasting Room (10 and Piedmont Room)

  • Lemon seasoned Atlantic cod served with pickled candy-striped beets, tri-style potato
  • Hard-boiled quail egg served in a drunken mustard grain beurre blanc
  • POP Garden salad under lid with blood orange vinaigrette
  • Ginger seasoned breast of duck on caramelized collard greens sauce bigarade and turmeric carrot
  • Open-faced wagyu steak wellington
  • Spaghetti squash souffle, wagyu filet mignon, foie gras, ragout of mushroom
  • Sauce beau manière served under a rosemary crisp pastry lid
  • Baked Alaska moderne served in surprice
