Proof of the Pudding is thrilled to announce that Jeff Kleoudis has been hired as the General Manager for Proof’s operations at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Jeff began his career in the industry washing dishes at the age of 14 and has held every position inside the operation since. When his interest shifted to hotels, Jeff spent 3 years in the banquets department at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Shortly after leaving Gaylord, Jeff began his tenure as Food & Beverage Director for several hotels in different brand families, including two he opened as new builds.
In January Jeff was presented with the opportunity to officially join the Proof of the Pudding team. He shares that he’s looking forward to helping Proof of the Pudding establish relationships in a new state and creating new opportunities for the company. We’re also thrilled to have Angelia Maddox join our Gatlinburg Convention Center team as Catering Sales Manager. Born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, Angelia moved to the Great Smoky Mountains some 18 years ago. A proud mother of three children, Angelia has a background in hospitality as well as construction. Believe it or not, she owned her own construction company for 9 years! Angelia is good at wearing many hats and did so at Wilderness at the Smokies prior to joining POP â where she was the Banquet Manager, Training Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. Angelia and her team maintained a 5-star rating during her time at the Wilderness.
Angelia shares that she’s very excited about joining Proof and was impressed by her visit to the new corporate office during her trip to Atlanta.
