POP is proud to announce that Casey Hendricks has been promoted to Food and Beverage Office Manager for Proof of the Pudding at Fripp Island Resort. Casey began working for Proof of the Pudding at Fripp Island in 2007. She has held many positions over the years, but was most recently the Bar Manager for the Sandbar. We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah Kiomall to our team, who has been hired as the Office Administrator/Receptionist for the Proof corporate office. Sarah moved to Atlanta this summer after working in Asheville, North Carolina for five years at an event planning company producing weddings, festivals, conferences, and corporate events. Prior to Asheville, she worked in Charlottesville, Virginia working for an event planner at a local vineyard and at an online marketing agency, focusing on social media marketing. She loves the details that bring an event together and providing valuable support to her team. When not working, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, and exploring her new city. Tujuanza Ernest has been hired as the Catering Sales Manager at the Douglasville Conference Center. Tujuanza is a native of Atlanta and has worked for over 10 years in the Hospitality field in some of the top Law Firms in the Atlanta area. Tujuanza has seen the growth of the Atlanta hospitality industry and the city’s venues over the years. She has worked in several capacities of hospitality since the beginning of her career. From a Receptionist to a Hospitality and Conference Services Manager, her passion remains true; to always give platinum customer/client care is her focus. Tujuanza believes in team work and operating with integrity. She believes that the customer is the external client and our fellow co-worker is the internal client. Both should be treated with respect and platinum customer service which will create a culture of excellence in the workplace. She has spent years building relationships with some of the top caterers in the Atlanta area and rates Proof of the Pudding at the very top of the list.
