Proof of the Pudding was recently featured in Sports Business Journal for helping bring a one-of-a-kind dining experience to Duke University’s iconic Cameron Indoor Stadium.

For three sold-out events, Duke transformed its Brass Bar Club into a pop-up restaurant, giving guests the rare opportunity to enjoy dinner or brunch inside one of college basketball’s most legendary venues.

As Duke Athletics’ hospitality partner, our team brought the dining experience to life, led by Executive Chef William Halterman. The brunch menu included a raspberry white chocolate chia pudding parfait with banana bread and a Dutch baby with candied brisket, Pop Rocks and braised bourbon apples.

It’s another example of how great food and hospitality can transform an iconic sports venue into an entirely new experience.
