Proof of the Pudding is bringing its catering expertise to Charlotte for the 2026 Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Club. The Atlanta-based company will provide food and drinks for both fans on the course and corporate guests, while also featuring local small business flavors throughout the tournament.
Jeremy Campbell, EVP of operations, says the focus is on keeping things fast, fresh, and from scratch. The team will visit Quail Hollow this fall to plan layouts, menus, and hospitality areas, making sure everyone has a delicious and seamless experience during tournament week.
