New Locations

Mississippi State University – Premium

  • We were awarded the Premium contract at MSU.  The premium operation at MSU is one the largest in the Company.  The football stadium has 78 Executive suites and 10 clubs serving over 7,000 guests on football gamedays.  The baseball stadium has 35 suites and four clubs serving up to 1,800 people.

Circuit of the Americas – Formula One Racing in Austin, Texas

  • We have been awarded several premium hospitality locations serving up to 5,000 guests for the F1 race during the third week of October.

POPStar Promotions 

Chef Jimmy Petracci has been promoted to Regional Executive Chef.

Genise Garcia has been promoted to Senior Executive Chef for MSU premium and concessions.

Jack Livingston is being promoted to Concessions Manger in Golf.  He did a wonderful job at Duke and is already making great strides in Golf.

Chuck Lockett has been promoted from Senior Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef at Georiga Institute of Technology.

Takisha Hicks has been promoted to Executive Pastry Chef for the offsite division.
