Proof of the Pudding is making waves at this year’s Winston-Salem Open with a lineup of fresh, flavorful offerings for tennis fans. As the official concessions provider at Wake Forest University’s Black and Gold Bites stand, the team has rolled out bold new creations from executive chef Rosha Dixon:
- Ace Wrap: Whole-wheat tortilla, grilled chicken, baby spinach, hummus, and roasted red peppers.
- Topspin Turkey Melt: Turkey burger, sauteéd mushrooms, caramelized onions, provolone cheese, and pesto mayo, served on a whole-grain bun.
- Court Crimper: Pimento cheese sandwich on a toasted and pressed croissant.
- Specialty Cocktails:
- Aperol Spritz: Aperol, Prosecco, and club soda
- Center Court Cooler: Tito’s Vodka, fresh cucumber, mint, lemonade, and a splash of soda
