Phoenix, Arizona – Elite Catering + Event Professionals (ECEP) announced its new 2023-2024 board, voted on by its members. ECEP, a national alliance of top hospitality leaders, is devoted to advocacy and education.
Locally, Atlanta is well represented in this organization by Proof of the Pudding. Adam Noyes, CEO, was named First Vice President and Ben Witte, COO, has been named Secretary.
For more than 40 years, Proof of the Pudding has served high-end cuisine, service, and design to clients in Atlanta and beyond. But the true proof of the pudding is in how much more the company gives back to Atlanta. It offers foodservice at sports and entertainment venues throughout the city and its Emergency Relief Catering is ready to respond in 48 hours and has done so many times when called upon at disasters across the United States.

“As we enter our third year, ECEP continues to become a powerful presence in the hospitality industry,” says Michael Stavros, incoming President and one of ECEP’s founders. “Susan Lacz, our Immediate Past President, and our founding Board of Directors created a strong foundation. The work of the new board this year will be to build upon these initiatives, which include government advocacy and industry education, as we go toward our Third Annual Symposium which will be held in Charleston, South Carolina in March 2024.”
