POP:  Happy Friday Nicole! Thanks for chatting with us today. To start the conversation, what’s the one piece of advice you would share with others at the beginning of their career?
NICOLE:  If you want it, really want it, go get it!

POP:  What values have shaped your life?
NICOLE:  Always trying to put others first. Being true to oneself. Having a strong dedicated work ethic but also having balance.

POP:  What was your favorite meal as a kid growing up?
NICOLE:  My Mother’s pasta – stuffed shells, lasagna!

POP:  Who has influenced you the most (in life and/or your career)?
NICOLE:  My Husband. He encourages me to take risks. I have learned a lot from him in life and in my career!

POP:  What is your favorite song lyric or inspirational quote?
NICOLE:  ‘In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take.”

POP:  What are some things that people would be surprised to learn about you?
NICOLE:  I play the guitar and like writing songs. I’m a free spirit that loves people and I enjoy thinking differently…outside the box!
