The “Celebrating Our People” series is aimed at highlighting the many talented employees that make up Proof of the Pudding’s teams across the southeast. We hope you enjoy learning more about our hospitality and culinary POPstars!

JEREMY CAMPBELL
Director of Golf Division

POP:  Jeremy, we appreciate you taking some time to share with us today! To start, what advice would you share with others at the beginning of their career?
JEREMY:  Listen before you speak, because you never know where or who inspiration will come from. Share your thoughts and ideas with anyone that will listen, because there may be a #1 in the room. And look both ways before you cross the street.

POP:  What values have shaped your life?
JEREMY:  Hard work. Life is short, tomorrow is not owed to you. Love is everything.

POP:  What was your favorite meal as a kid growing up?
JEREMY:  Fruity Pebbles is the most perfect food ever created. Green beans are for people that hate themselves.

POP:  Who has influenced you the most (in life and/or your career)?
JEREMY:  My stepfather Big George. He taught me the value of doing it once and doing it right. Also, Ron Swanson…

POP:  What is your favorite song lyric or inspirational quote?
JEREMYEvery normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats. – H. L. Mencken

POP:  What are some things that people would be surprised to learn about you?
JEREMY:  I am a New Englander from head to toe, so: Patriots, Sox and white clam chowder, never red. Somewhere Over the Rainbow is my all-time favorite song and I cry at the end of Avengers End Game every time I watch it.
