Melt butter and put aside to cool
Whisk eggs and sugar together in large bowl
Slowly add flour and baking powder to egg mixture
Slowly add melted butter and knead
Let sit for 20 minutes so dough can rest
Flour work surface and shape dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball)
Roll dough with palms to form rings, approximately 2 inches
Place formed dough rings on lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, until light golden brown
