For over 28 years at the Carter Presidential Center, Proof has catered all parties and events for US Presidents, Kings, Queens and dignitaries from around the world to corporate and private events. In addition, we often prepare meals for former President and Mrs. Carter and their guests at the Center.
At the Gwinnett Center, The Arena at Gwinnett Center, the Georgia International Convention Center, the Georgia International Horse Park, The Kennesaw State Soccer Stadium, the Atlanta Civic Center, Fripp Island Resort, The Ballroom at Carlos Center, and the University of Georgia, Sanford Stadium, Proof operates as the in-house food service contractor, providing all of the food and beverage services for the thousands who attend the special events, concerts, meetings and sporting events.
