Most unusual food request:At the NCAA Southeastern Conference Commissioner's Party, the buffet included a food item inspired by the mascot of each team in the conference. We had the most interesting spread — with items like Gator Bites and Burgoo Stew. It was awesome!

Favorite Proof of the Pudding Dish:Caramelized local peaches, asparagus, tomatoes w/ cilantro vinaigrette. My second choice, Cavatappi Amatriciana pasta with fresh local corn, roasted tomatoes, spinach in tomato broth.
At home I like to cook:No limits! Italian, Asian, and smoked meats and seafood!
For fun:I grow my ingredients! Gardening my own fresh herbs and vegetables.
Must see site or location:World of Coke. What's more Atlanta than Coke?!
Most unusual food request:A Greek style spread we did for a wedding called Htipiti, made of garlic, feta, lemon juice and roasted tomatoes.

Most memorable event:The first big dinner we catered for President and Mrs. Carter. We served a souffle for dessert, and it was stunning!
