OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1979, Proof of the Pudding began its culinary journey as an Atlanta-based
specialty store, known for fabulous buttery croissants and decadent brownies. Almost 30 years later, Proof of the Pudding is hailed as an iconic catering and food service management company credited for consistently producing wildly successful culinary experiences throughout Metropolitan Atlanta and the Southeast.
With the reigning title as Atlanta's premier off-premise caterer, food service management partner, and specialty brand expert by clients and media alike, Proof of the Pudding, year after year, continues to maintain its reputation for excellence, personalized service, while producing creative food presentations with zing! Featuring an extensive menu selection - from casual Southern cuisine to contemporary tapas - Proof of the Pudding operates nine state of the art kitchens and is capable of catering events of all sizes. Proof of the Pudding also manages and provides its trademark quality food services for numerous venues throughout Atlanta including the Carter Presidential Center, the Gwinnett Center and Arena, the Georgia International Convention Center and Chastain Park Amphitheater. And, from its Gourmet To Go to GetAway Café and Plane Delicious concepts, Proof of the Pudding has also emerged as the leader in owning and operating a number of specialty brands.
